Vitruvius is a production workshop that set out in pursuit of a pleasant life; nourished by different disciplines and developing clean-label beverages based on the principles of good production. While placing flavor and enjoyment at the heart of our work, we chose to grow at our own natural pace, believing in the power of a healthy life and without rushing.

Our brand takes its name from the Roman architect Marcus Vitruvius Pollio. His motto, UTILITAS, VENUSTAS, FIRMITAS — utility, beauty, and durability — forms the foundation of our production approach. We work with a holistic understanding that blends scientific facts with traditional methods. Vitruvius’ journey began in 2019 with the production of kombucha. Today, along with kombucha, we also produce series of clean-label sparkling waters; we develop both categories with additive-free ingredients, balanced flavor profiles, original recipes, and an emphasis on suitability for daily consumption. Our greatest goal is to multiply clean-label beverages by making them a sustainable lifestyle habit rather than a fleeting trend.
